ID CARDS

Every student at Shawnee High School receives a photo ID card each year.  ID cards are used for school dances, spirit week, SATs, retail discounts (where accepted), travel documentation, etc.  If your ID is lost or stolen, it is important to replace the card as soon as possible.

Original ID cards are issued to each student in the fall, after that year’s school pictures have been taken.  This image becomes the official file photo, and will be the picture used to reprint an ID if a replacement card is needed.  It is important that every student, Seniors included, has a school picture taken for this reason.  Replacement ID cards are available without charge in the Media Center.
