"My high school experience has provided me many opportunities to explore my interests and learn my strengths. The vast selection of STEM classes that are offered has allowed me to explore the science field, helping me discover the passion I have for it. Additionally, the course offerings in the arts, especially in the form of vocal music, has allowed me to pursue my passion for singing, allowing me to learn how to balance both academically rigorous classes as well as the arts and other extracurricular activities." - Andrew, Shawnee Class of 2025

Amelia's Quote

"My high school experience has allowed me to ultimately grow as a person in so many ways! I have learned to be vulnerable and ask for help, how to communicate with teachers & mentors, how to work well in team-based settings, how to apply my academic knowledge to the real world, how to address a public crowd & showcase leadership, and most importantly, how to properly utilize opportunity. High school has taught me to take advantage of opportunity, which is what I plan to continue to do in my future chapters of life!" - Amelia, Shawnee Class of 2025
